Over the holiday season Benoit's has been working very diligently to further satisfy the needs of our members. We are aware that since the fall of 2011 members have increased. We appreciate your business. We want to continue to maintain quality and satisfaction for all our members.

 During the holiday season we have added an additional training space complete with parent viewing to our facility. We feel that this will allow us to maintain our quality in that, when necessary, we will be able to further divide the classes, ie student-teacher ratios. Further, this additional space can and will be used for such things as personal training sessions, open training before classes, and much more.

We are dedicated and committed to excellence! We thank you for your continued support and business.

Many people feel as if they're adrift in the world. They work hard, but they don't seem to get anywhere worthwhile. A key reason that they feel this way is that they haven't spent enough time thinking about what they want from life, and haven't set themselves formal goals. After all, would you set out on a major journey with no real idea of your destination? Probably not! Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality. The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts. Goal Setting is also a great way for children to concentrate and focus on their goals for the year ahead. 

January 2012 is the start to a fresh new year. We at Benoit's Martial Arts believe in setting goals for ourselves. During the month of January we are encouraging all members to think about some of their goals that they want to achieve whether it be karate, school, work or personal related. We will write them down on some Goal Setting Cards, seal them in envelopes and then they will go into the dojo time vault capsule for 1 year! From our Tiny Tigers to our fully grown adults program everyone will be on the right track to success!
