Welcome

It's April. The sun is getting up earlier and we look forward to the sweat smells of spring. You probably do smell something right now, but we're sure that is the smell of expired winter and it's gone bad. Don't worry, the sun is working with the rain on cleaning up the last bits of expired winter. Soon the spring flowers will poke through the ground and the blossoms will brighten up the days and your spirit. The spring-time competitions have also started and there are many bright belt colours from Benoit's poking through the divisions and returning with the sweet smell of success. Congratulations to all Benoit competitors. Spring is definitely here and you make us smile with your achievements.

April 2008: Benjamin

2008 April SOM Benjamin - Photo by Ian Boyne

Another student of the month has surfaced. His name is Benjamin. Benjamin is only eight years of age but looking at his technique he would give the older children a run for their money. We are very pleased to have you in the youth class.

Keep up the good work Benjamin!
