Benoits Ninjas Karate Program
Age Specific Karate for 3 Year-Olds
The NINJAS Karate Program is a developmentally appropriate karate program designed specifically for children 3 years of age. It is a nonstructural recreational program. Through positive encouragement, children will learn a variety of karate movements and techniques to enhance gross motor skills, balance, coordination, attention, and self confidence.
The NINJAS Karate Program is also a great way for children to expend their energy in a safe learning environment.
Motivational Programs
The Tigers program has no belt testing as it is a very basic introductory level for very young children.
