Age Specific Karate for 4 & 5 Year-Olds
Benoit's Tigers Karate Program is developed specifically for children 4 and 5 years of age. Through positive encouragement the children learn a variety of karate movements and techniques to enhance their gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, attention span and self confidence.
The Tigers Program is a great way for children to expend their energy in a safe learning environment.
