Blast From Benoit's Past.

2005-12-19 Black Belt Promotions

Sarah Shea sustained an injury back in Sept/05 at a Karate Ontario tournament(she's ok now) just before she was to go for her Shodan-Ho grading. She returned to her classes approx one month ago and Shihan had a change to observe her while in class and take her through her promotional requirements. At the saki ceremony she was presented with her Shodan-ho black belt by Shihan.
